Day 1: Arrival Day

Day 2: Phnom Penh City Tour

After breakfast at 8:00 AM, We start the tour to see :

Royal Palace, build in 1866 by the Predecessors of King Norodom, is the most conspicuous feature and also one of impressive colorful Khmer-style Palaces and then we carry on to Throne Hall and Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), display plenty of Buddha Statues that were decorated and made by diamond, emerald, gold and silver,

National Museum is largest museum of cultural history and is the country’s leading historical and archaeological museum. The museum houses one of the world’s largest collections of Khmer art, including sculptural, Khmer ceramics, bronzes, and ethnographic objects. Its collection includes over 14,000 items, from prehistoric times to periods before, during and after the Khmer Empire, which at its height stretched from Thailand, across present-day Cambodia, to southern Vietnam. The National Museum of Cambodia is located on Street 13 in central Phnom Penh, to the north of the Royal Palace and on the west side of Veal Preah Man square. The museum is under the authority of the Cambodian Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts. The museum buildings, inspired by Khmer temple architecture, were constructed between 1917 and 1924, the museum was officially inaugurated in 1920, and it was renovated in 1968.

The Russian Market ( Phsar Toul Tom Pong) is one of the most popular markets in the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh, especially for bargain hunters. The market is surrounded on the outside by local fruit and vegetable stalls along with a large selection of factory outlet clothes shops. Inside the market is a bustling hot and humid rabbits’ warren of clothes, accessories, souvenirs and electronic goods. The surrounding area is full of interesting café’s bars and cool hangouts where you can beat the heat in air conditioned indoor venues.

Afternoon, we are going to visit

Toul Sleng Museum ( S-21 ) was the most secret organ of the Khmer Rouge regime. S-21 stands for “Security Office 21.” was Angkar’s premier security institution, specifically designed for the interrogation and extermination of anti Angkar elements

Cheung  Ek ( Killing Field ) between 1975 and 1978 about 17,000 men, women, children and infants detained and tortured at S-21 prison were transported to the extermination camp of Choeung Ek.

Day 3: Phnom Penh City Tour

After breakfast at 8:00 AM, We start the tour to see :

Koh Dach Island called Silk Weaving Island, Measuring 12 kilometers long and 3 km wide, this small island in the Mekong is known for the silk weaving, This traditional activity is practiced by women on antique looms under the houses, some weavers product sampot and chang kben garments, which are traditionally worn by women and men during weddings and ceremonies. These are sold on the local market. Preparing the loom and weaving is done in between other jobs, including rice planting and harvesting. A time-intensive process, most weavers only produce a few sampot each year. To prop-up sales during the wet season when there is less demand for sampot, some weavers have entered into partnerships with local brands such as FAIRWEAVE to produce scarves and other textiles.

Short break for Lunch

Late afternoon at 16:30 pm,  we start the city sightseeing tour with cyclo, we start from you hotel along the river where you can see some French Colonial Old Building and continue to Wat Phnom is a Buddhist temple(Wat) located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It was built in 1373, and stands 27 meters above the ground. It is the tallest religious structure in the city. The pagoda was given the name of Wat Preah Chedey Borapaut. Wat Phnom is the charming central point of Phnom Penh. After Wat Phnom, we continue Independent Monument in Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia, was built in 1958 for Cambodia’s independence from France in 1953. It stands on the intersection of Norodom Boulevard and Sihanouk Boulevard in the centre of the city. It is in the form of a lotus-shaped stupa, of the style seen at the great Khmer temple at Angkor Wat and other Khmer historical sites. The Independence Monument was designed by the influential Cambodian modern architect Vann Molyvann. Your local guide will bring you along the river for sightseeing until you arrive FCC (Foreigners Correspondent Club ), where you can have bars, restaurants, shops and your walk to your hotel just around 10 minutes.

Day 4: Departure Day

Free until go to the airport.
End of the trip.
